1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Malta Local Concierge, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. We provide independent guide, driver, and concierge services in Malta.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Booking inquiries are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund (if payment was pre-paid).
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Responsibilities

We strive to provide accurate information and high-quality service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or ferry schedules. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transfers.

4. Insurance

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our driver and guide services. However, we strongly recommend that all clients have their own comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
